Frequently Asked Questions
-
In most cases, no.
When accommodations, tours, transportation, or other travel components are booked through me, my services are typically complimentary. Many travel providers compensate travel advisors directly for bringing them business, allowing me to spend time researching, planning, booking, and supporting your trip without charging you a separate planning fee.
You'll generally pay the same rates that you would have found yourself (sometimes less), while also benefiting from personalized guidance, support, and additional perks when available, such as complimentary breakfast, room upgrades, early check-in or late checkout, hotel or resort credits, package rates, and other preferred partner benefits.
If you'd prefer to book everything yourself and are primarily looking for research, recommendations, or itinerary planning, a planning fee may apply depending on the scope of the project.
Any fees will always be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Not at all.
Some travelers come to me with a detailed vision, while others simply know they want to travel during a certain season or celebrate a specific occasion. We can figure out the destination together.
-
Absolutely.
Every trip is different, and it's completely fine if you've already booked part of it. Whether you've reserved flights, hotels, activities, or other pieces of the trip, I can often step in and help with the rest.
-
That's completely fine.
In some cases, it may make the most sense for you to book flights directly using points or miles.
I'm still happy to help research routes, airlines, schedules, and options as part of the planning process, while assisting with the other components of your trip.
-
Typically! Many hotel bookings can be linked directly to your loyalty account, allowing you to earn points, receive elite benefits, and maintain status while still benefiting from my planning and support. Specific policies vary by supplier, but I'll always let you know what to expect before booking.
-
Of course!
Understanding your budget is an important part of the planning process and helps ensure recommendations are realistic and aligned with your priorities.
-
Absolutely not! In fact, I've planned countless U.S.-based trips across 40+ states.
Whether you're planning a weekend getaway, an annual family vacation, a reunion, a bachelor or bachelorette party, a domestic trip, or an international adventure, I'd be happy to help. I've helped travelers explore destinations throughout North America, South America, and Europe, and am always excited to discover new corners of the world alongside my clients.
-
Panic and pray.
Just kidding!
Travel doesn't always go exactly as planned.
While some situations are outside anyone's control, you'll have someone in your corner to help navigate unexpected changes, coordinate solutions, and reduce stress when possible.
I want you to focus on enjoying your trip, not troubleshooting.
